A Beachy Weekend
Hello everyone! Im back from the beach! I cant believe it came and went so FAST!!! I am already missing that fresh sea salt air! The weather was PERFECT and we had a fantastic girl weekend!
We hung out on the beach (wearing LOTS of sunscreen of course!), shopped, dined on yummy food, and went out for some local nightly entertainment.
It was the PERFECT start to my summer!
I collected several beautiful shells while on the beach. I'm particularly fond of these shiny thin shells.

Out of respect for my girlfriends I've decided not to post photos of us on the beach and by the pool. Last thing I would want to do is upset one of my girlfriends by posting a shot of them in their swimsuit. 😉 Im sure you ladies will understand.
This is me and the lovely and wonderful friend and hostess Deidra that invited us to her beach home.

One evening we had a fantastic dinner at Roy's at dined at the dessert bar. DELISH!!!

Now that Im home and slowly coming off my vacation "high". I am back to work and super super busy preparing for Kim Caldwell's July Les Sirenes event.
I CANNOT wait to see my roomies! My big sassy, spunky and fun Barbie Doll Sis… Jessi and my cute as a kitten sweetheart of a friend Christine.
This is a sneak peek of something I am making for the event.
Later this September I am off to Minneapolis to be a part of The Creative Connection. It's a 3-day conference, crafting extravaganza and shopping emporium for creative women, women entrepreneurs and “mompreneurs”, created by Nancy Soriano and Jo Packham of WHERE WOMEN CREATE.
Eye Candy Creations will be a 3 day vendor! Whoo-hoo!
This is a tiny sneak peek of one of the many things I am creating to sell at the vendor market. More yummy photos to follow soon!

Hubby bought me the book Eclipse for Christmas, and I am finally making the time to read it now. It is my goal to read and finish the book before the movie comes out. Cant wait!

I am however MOST excited about the return of my FAVORITE Vampires from Louisiana. True Blood premiers this Sunday!!! WHOO-HOO!!!!

I am sure you girls a had a wonderful time, I love the Florida Beaches! It has been to long since I was there last. A bit jealous.. my vacation is going to be going to Utah to see Breezy and Miss Amelie and the soon to be born Baby Knox. I will be trying to hook up with some bloggers there. It looks like your weekend in FL was fabulous. It’s so great to just “get away” with the girls. Love the pictures of your toes in the sand! And your lovely beach shells. It must have been fun collecting shells on a beautiful day on the beach.

good grief. Can you tell me where you get your energy from? I love to visit you, because you are always full of a fabulous zest for life. I love seeing your creations, and am always impressed by your imagination.

I just had to say that I am so into True Blood – it isn’t funny. Yeah I like the Twilight series, but True Blood is just absolutely the best vampire show ever!! (I love the books too!!)
