Happy Greetings!
I am thrilled to announce that I am hosting a small craft workshop this summer located in my sweet pastel
Eye Candy Studio.
I was dreaming up ideas and projects of what would really excite me.
A few short weeks ago I was asked by my neighborhood to have my home on tour for this years Stanislaus Christmas Tour of Homes.
I’ve been on the tour once before and it’s a lot of prep work. So I thought to myself why not get a head start and decorate my dining room. That will be one less room ( and stress) come December.
With that….the idea blossomed into Christmas in July art workshop.
Per Wikipedia
“American advertisers began using Christmas in July themes in print for summertime sales as early as 1950.[12] In the United States, it is more often used as a marketing tool than an actual holiday. Television stations may choose to re-run Christmas specials, and many stores have Christmas in July sales. Some individuals choose to celebrate Christmas in July themselves, typically as an intentionally transparent excuse to have a party.
Christmas in July is my excuse to host a fun workshop and tea party!
I am super excited that my sweet friend Jennifer Grenko is she teaching her famous Nylon Net Christmas Tree.
Her trees have a feeling of nostalgic charm!
I LOVE my tree that Jennifer custom made for me last year. So I thought this would be a perfect opportunity for you and I to learn how to create one ourselves.
Meet my darling friend Jennifer!
After a few morning hours of making pretty tree’s we will enjoy a special sugar plum Christmas tea luncheon at my festive home.
Class kits and special gift bags are included in workshop price.
You will be guaranteed to get a huge jump start in getting into the Christmas spirit!
Seating is very limited and first come first serve.
If you would like to attend please click here to sign up.
Happy Week & Happy Creating!

Sounds like it is going to be a wonderful Workshop, and all the girls spend time in your Ice Cream Colored Studio! Wish I lived closer I would be there in a heartbeat! Hugs, Diane
What a wonderful Christmas in July workshop !! I have very fond memories of my dear Mother making these trees. She also made nylon net hostess aprons using several layers of the nylon net attached to a Christmas ribbon. I was allowed to help on the aprons by attaching the tiny balls and ornaments onto the first under layer of nylon. I know that you all will have special memories from you Christmas workshop. I hope there is lots of show and tell on your blog.
Fa la la la la ……. Wheeee sign us up. Mama and I would love to join you.
