There's a new girl in town and her name is NATASHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She comes from the land down UNDER!!! hee! hee! 🙂 Yes! Miss Natasha had FINALLY arrived in the States and is visiting little ole me! After months and months of planning this trip it's SO surreal to finally see her in person. We of course had happy tears when we met at the airport. Just a flood of happy emotions. Natasha is sooo ADORABLE & CUTE in person and just full of fun, spunk, and energy! Look how adorable she is modeling the hat I purchased from Miss Heather.
She surprised my family with gifts, and hubby was the lucky recepient of an Aussie hat that has strings of corks handing down to help keeps flies away! "WOW hunny you look real HOT in that hat!". 😉
Grant and Vivi both received sweet gifts from Miss Natasha. Grant is trying out his new Koala hand puppet.
We are lucky that Natasha had the opportunity to celebrate Halloween with us! She dressed up as a Pirate Wench and I went as a good witch.
Natasha and Grant spent quality time together carving a pumpkin.
Natasha proud and showing off her pumpkin carving.
We took some cute pics of the kiddies standing outside in front of the pumpkins.
The kids were excited to dress up and Miss Vivi dressed up as "Double Trouble" and Grant went as "Skelebones".
Time for trick or treating!!!!
Natasha, neighbor and friend Terrell, and ME!
Hope you and your families all had a WONDERFUL Halloween! Now I must FORCE myself NOT to eat my childrens candy! LOL!!!
Today (Saturday) Natasha and I made a special day trip visit to Savannah. There is no way Natasha can come to GA and NOT visit Savannah!
We made a special lunch/shopping date with a very sweet dear blogging friend Penny of Lavender Hill Studio . Natasha and Penny have been blogging friends for about 2 years now and a few months ago I purchased the MOST GORGEOUS mosaic tile buffet from Penny. She is such a SWEETHEART!!! Natasha and I had a lovely day chatting and spending quality time with Penny and her friend Kathy.
We made visits to TWO of my favorite shops in Savannah. Vintage General being #1! The store owner Liz is FABULOUS! She was so welcoming and super friendly to us all! Liz shop hands down is like no other. I can browse and shop for hours!!!! We totally LUCKED OUT and got to see her new Christmas display! GASP! Cody Foster homes!!! EEK! I totally collect and display them in my dining room during the holidays.
I could not resist purchasing a new house to add to my collection. Liz also has the BEST Jennifer Murphy Holiday collection. Natasha and I both were wanting one of each!!! Liz was kind enough to let us have a group photo taken with her. If you are EVER in Savannah you MUST MUST MUST stop by Vintage General. Tell Liz that Jenn sent ya!!! ;)
Ok sweet friends, tomorrow Natasha and I are OFF to the BIG APPLE for a few days!!! Hope you all have a lovely week and I will chat with you REAL SOON! :)
