Dorothy, Power Ranger & the Fierce Pirate!

DSCN9160-1
Greetings! Trick or Treat! Did you have a Spooktacular Halloween? We sure did! Despite the icky rain, we made the best of it, and had a fabulous Halloween!

Grant went as a Power Ranger. As soon as he slipped on his costume, he immediatley performed his knock-out Power Ranger moves.

My little Vivi dressed up as Dorothy. Oh my heavens….she looked so so SWEET in her little braids, tights, and red sparkly shoes!

Unfortunately it rained on our big night so we had to wait patiently for the rain to subside.

I snatched this photo of Vivi looking out the window waiting for the rain to go away.

Happy to say, the rain lightend up and we headed out!

My wonderful dear friend Suzanne MacCrone, her husband Reg, and son Matthew have joined us trick or treating for the past 3 years. We've started somewhat of a fun tradition for the kids to trick or treat together.

Beautiful Suzanne.

Once we were finished making our door to door rounds it was time to go home and inspect our loot of candy. Yes, Mommy has to help inspect and grab a few of my fav's. hee! hee!

As expected I've found little trails of empty wrappers throughout the house.

Not only did the children have a fantastic time playing dress up and celebrating by eating of gobs of candy, Hubby and I also had the opportunity to have some fun by attending our friend and neighbor Terrell's "Night of the Living Sochilite" Halloween party.

I was Little Red Riding Hood and hubby the mean ole Bad Wolf.
